The National Historical and Architectural Museum “Kiev Fortress” (NIAM “Kiev Fortress”) is a museum complex on the basis of the Hospital fortification of the Kiev Fortress, which consists of the expositions “History of the development of fortification on the territory of Ukraine” and “The history of the use of the structures of the Kiev fortress”, exposition Open air station with defensive ramparts, fortress wall and caponiers. Also, NIAM “Kiev Fortress” includes architectural monuments of Tower No. 4 (st. Staronavodnytska, 2), architectural monument of National Importance “Lysogorsky fort”, which has the status of an object of the Nature Reserve Fund of Ukraine (Regional Landscape Park “Lysa Hora” (ul. Saperno-Slobidska).
