The Memorial Museum-Estate of Ivan Semenovich Kozlovsky is a museum dedicated to the life and work of the outstanding Ukrainian singer Ivan Semenovich Kozlovsky.Founded in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 160 of March 11, 1994 “On the perpetuation of memory Ti I. S. Kozlovsky”. Artistic profile. It is the joint property of the territorial communities of the Kyiv region. The founder-owner is the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, which is subordinate to the monument. Scientific and methodological guidance belongs to the Department of Museum Studies of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine. Memorial Museum-Estate of I. S. Kozlovsky is an architectural, ethnographic and historical and cultural value. It is recognized as a monument of history and architecture of the late 19th - early 20th centuries according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2009 No. 928 “On the inclusion of cultural heritage objects of national importance in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine”. The exposition recreates the interior of the Kozlovsky hut, in which family photos, personal belongings of Ivan Semenovich (opera costumes, keyboards, books from his own library) and ethnographic material found their place. Of particular importance is the handwriting and musical heritage of I. S. Kozlovsky, concentrated in the museum-estate (in particular, 25 letters of the postwar period, film and video materials, rare audio recordings of 1945—1975). It was conceived in the 1960s and planned by I. S. Kozlovsky together with the architect of parks Ya. Drucki. In plan, the park has the appearance of a cross in a wreath of thorns (similar to the Celtic cross). In its formation, sycamore trees, linden trees, pyramidal oaks, thuja, quince bushes were used. Part of the park is the apple orchard of Alexander Dovzhenko, planted by I. S. Kozlovsky, as well as his friends, in particular, Maxim Rylsky, Pavel Tychyna, Oles Gonchar, etc.
