Mironovsky Museum of History and Local Lore opened in 2019 in a two-story building of a former cinema in the heart of the town of Myronivka in Kyiv region. The exposition tells about the history of the Myronov region from the most ancient times to the present. The archaeological section presents objects and weapons of the Middle Dnieper, Log Cabin, Chernoli, Scythian and Chernyakhov archaeological cultures. Also, the museum presents an excellent collection of various decorations from the times of Kievan Rus.Historical exposition reveals themes of Cossacks, Russian rule in the XIX-XX centuries, Ukrainian Revolution, Holodomor, World War II, modern Russian-Ukrainian war, etc. Here you can learn about the history of the founding of the city of Myronivka. In the exposition “Ukrainian life of the XIX — the first avalanche of the twentieth centuries” the interior of the then housing is recreated and the tools of agricultural labor are exhibited. Unique exhibits are a millstone mill, a fan and a weaving machine.You can also see a large layout of the Mironov sugar factory.
